Dubuisson Brewery brings 250 years of history, passion, and expertise to its beers. This has allowed it to create a diverse range of beers, perfect for different tasting moments and catering to the enjoyment of all beer enthusiasts!
Launched in 2008, Bush de Nuits is a variation of Bush de Noël that, after traditional aging, undergoes an additional maturation of more than 6 months in oak barrels that previously held red wine from Burgundy’s Nuits Saint-Georges. This process gives it a unique and refined personality, making it a beer in its own right.
During bottling, a small amount of sugar and yeast are added, allowing the beer to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle (kept in a warm room), which gives it a natural haze. Available exclusively in 75cl format and with an alcohol content of 12.5%, Bush de Nuits has an amber-brown hue that catches the eye.
The final result is surprising: a beer with character that exudes subtle, wine-like aromas. Bush de Nuits develops a rich and fragrant flavor profile, with notes of red fruits. It offers a unique sensory experience for lovers of atypical beers.

One cuvée a year
Bush de Nuits is a beer with an amber-brown color and a slight haze.
The nose is powerful, revealing aromas of red and black fruits reminiscent of the grape varieties used in fine Burgundy wines. The delicate tannins of Pinot Noir are also noticeable.
The taste is rich, offering a subtle blend of the beer and wine characteristics. It is full-bodied and round, with a light acidity derived from the flora present in the Nuits Saint-Georges barrels.
