Dubuisson Brewery brings 250 years of history, passion, and expertise to its beers. This has allowed it to create a diverse range of beers, perfect for different tasting moments and catering to the enjoyment of all beer enthusiasts!
Constantly in search of exceptional products, Bush de Charmes was created in 2014. This is a variation of Bush Triple, which, after traditional aging, undergoes more than 4 months of maturation in oak barrels that previously held the renowned white wine from Burgundy, Charmes Meursault.
During bottling, a small amount of sugar and yeast is added, allowing the beer to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle (kept in a warm room), which gives it a natural haze. Available exclusively in 75cl format, it has an alcohol content of 12.5%.
This exceptional beer displays an alluring blonde hue. Its flavor profile is rich, revealing an explosion of yellow fruit aromas, complemented by floral and citrus notes. Bush de Charmes offers a unique sensory experience, combining elegance and character, making it ideal for those seeking a beer that is both powerful and refined.
It pairs beautifully with fish-based starters, thanks to its lightness and delicate aromas.

The nose reveals an explosion of yellow fruit aromas, complemented by floral and citrus notes. Wine-like hints, reminiscent of Chardonnay grape varieties, add aromatic depth to the beer. Subtle woody and smoky nuances are also perceptible.
Its velvety texture reveals remarkable roundness. It has a vibrant mineral liveliness, directly influenced by the limestone and Jurassic soils of Burgundy, which enhances its elegance. The taste is fine and long, with a noticeable acidity that adds freshness.
