Cheese pairing – Pêche Mel Bush

Beer flavored with peach juice and added touches of caramel and mango

Type: a blue cheese / Example: Jersey Blue or Bleu de Scailton

A sweet beer with aromas of peaches and exotic fruits. Pairing it up with either of these slightly sour, zesty blue cheeses will give a beautiful contrast.

Pascal Fauville

Type: a blue cheese / Fourme d’Ambert

This beer’s fruity aromas are crying out for a mild and subtle cheese. The Fourme d’Ambert is just the ticket.
